2003 was an excellent year at Greater Canadians. The birds were abundant, the crops were plentiful and the comradery was a good as ever, making for a very enjoyable and successful season. Our 2003 season started out with lots of birds and just got better. The geese were everywhere and also seemed to go through a little earlier than usual. Specks and Snows were here about 10 days early but seemed to stay longer. The ducks were good. I feel the 2002 drought played a large roll in the duck numbers for 2003 but an improvement in the number of ducks is expected for 2004. It seems hunting gets more enjoyable every year as we meet more interesting people and make stronger friendships with return clients. The following
photos show some of our hunts from 2003. We hope you enjoy the
photos as much as we enjoyed the hunts!
